Connections with other national and international clusters

In order to reinforce the European competitivity and to implement complementary R&D programs, it is necessary to connect french initiatives with European ones.

Some members of SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION are already involved in European networks, such as the European technological plateforms (ARTEMIS, eMobility, etc.) and the EUREKA clusters (ITEA MEDEA+ etc.). Besides, some members are also involved in the R&D programs of the European Commission (RTD Framework Programme).

SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION intends to develop partnerships with other European clusters in similar buoyants markets. To reach this goal, the Cluster relies on these presently existing cooperations between some of its members and these European networks,

Afterwards, SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION will develop partnerships with international clusters.

To date, the German cluster SafeTRANS in the field of embedded security systems in transport and SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION together with AESE have developed a strategic partnership to install the European Institute for Complex Embedded Systems Engineering (EICOSE) within the framework of ARTEMIS. Another partnership with the Dutch cluster Point-One focusing on embedded systems and micro-nano technologies is being developed.
