SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION is a non profitable organization chaired by a representative from an industrial company.

Dominique Vernay, Thales Group, is currently the President of SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION.
He is assisted by :
- An Executive Board
- A Board of Directors, composed by 55 representatives from the three groups (companies, research and education, local authorities)
- A Permanent Secretariat which runs the network.
