Governance

Systematic is a non profitable organization chaired by a representative from an industrial company.

Jean-Luc Beylat, Alcatel-Lucent, is currently the President of Systematic.

He is assisted by :

• An Executive Board
• A Board of Directors,  composed by 58 representatives from the three groups (companies, research and education, local authorities)
• A Permanent Secretariat which runs the network.

The Cluster’s working programme consists of :

• defining, building and monitoring R&D projects
• leading each working group
• supporting innovative SME‐SMIs involved in its applicative/target markets
• conducting economic intelligence activities on behalf of its members
• training tomorrow’s talents.
